Radhasoami Satsang, Hazuri Bhawan, Peepal Mandi, Agra – 282003 (“we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights.

1. What we collect

• Registration (Self / Family): name, gender, date of birth, mobile, email, address, satsang centre, emergency contact, passport-size photo, and family relationships you enter.
• Contact form: name, email/phone and your message.
• Website use: essential cookies (security and your language choice). Only if you accept, an anonymous count of page visits (no names, no advertising, no third-party trackers).

2. Why we use it

To administer membership and family records, to send satsang information you asked for, to answer your messages, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Children

Members under 18 are registered only by a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent on their behalf.

4. Where it is kept and for how long

Data is stored on our hosting server in India with access limited to authorised office staff. Member photos are not publicly visible. We keep data while your membership is active, and delete it when you withdraw consent unless the law requires us to keep it.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time (My Account → “Withdraw consent & request deletion”), and raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done.
